Well I did not work out on Firday. I was so pissed. Then on top of that I got food posion from the place. Saturday Vinny and I hung out together. We went geocaching, got his hair cut, out to eat, picked up some movies to watch. I went and played cards for a few hours. Chris is still sick.
Then on Sunday Vinny and I went to Shell Knob to see the Foglers. I ate okay I guess. I did not get a work out in.
Oh Well. I am going to push hard this week on food and excersise!!!!!!
