Sore Sore Sore

Hello Everyone,

Today my Biceps are sooooo sore. It's a Good sore. My hubby worked out (ub) and you can tell he is in a great mood. I hope he keeps it up!

Coffee 1 cup 30 cal

Lunch
Salad
Grilled Cheese
Cottage Cheese
pickle

Snack
2 Doughnuts (ugh) I was craving this!

Dinner
Chicken
Cottage Cheese

I did not work out or walk. I did get my hair done though.
