Med. Salad, cheese, onion, green pepper, 1 hard boil egg, chicken 3 oz.
FF italian dressing
1/2 cottage cheese
cucumbers
Tea

Snack
Light & Fit Vanilla - w/ almonds

Dinner
Subway - Turkey, Bacon, Lettuce, Pepper Jack Cheese, Pickles, Cucumber, Light mayo, oniion, green pepper.
Water

Snack
10 jelly beans
Coffee
