Well I am back on track AGAIN!

Breakfast
Yougart
handful of almonds
2 cups of coffee

Drinking water right now.

Snack
1 boiled egg

Lunch
Salad
Grilled Chicken
Cottage chesse
5 grapes

Snack
1/4 of nut bar

Dinner
Omellet made of egg beaters, mushrooms, motz. cheese.

Worked Out - 30 min hard cardio on eliptical. I was sweating!
