New Goal

Its been a month since I last posted. I have lost some weight not a lot. I am going to get back to doing what I need to do. I am so tired of being fat. So I walked today 1.5 miles in 30 min. and I ate good so far today.

Granola bar
Small salad
Potatoe w/ sour cream, cheese, and ham. Med Size
Bread
100 Cal Dessert.
Pizza slice 380

I am going to start posting what I eat everyday. So that I can be held accountable. I need to lose 10 pounds in 5.5 weeks before we head to North Carolina.

Posting what you eat daily is the way to go - it's what I do! It makes me feel accountable to the world. I need to get more disciplined b/c over the past month I've been eating more.
