Hello to me! LOL Well I am heading to the gym today. I can already tell a change in my body. My hubby is full steam ahead in working out. He has already bought protien and creatine. He is kicking butt. I feel lousy my dang time of the month. I feel like my insides are falling out. I hate it! My kid is home sick today.

Worked out - Legs & Abs Walked 30 mins.
