Hello to the world as I know it! Today I got on the scale and I about had heart failure. I gain 1.5 pounds. Could it be all the crap I ate or the fact that I did not work out? Hmmmmm. Well Back to the grind stone once more.

Diet Coke
Dinner
Mexican
Feihta's 3
Chips and Salsa
Worked out 1 hour!
