Well back to work I am at. I don't know what has happened to me but I am doing it. I have not had ANY Chocolate for 15 days. I went to the gym all last week and Monday. I walked my dog for the first time in months on Saturday. I feel good. I can tell my cloths are already fitting loose! I would be down another pound, had I lost one more ounce. Oh Well. Shooting to loose 3 pounds this week. Lots of veggies, lots of salads. Go Vanessa!
