Okya I have worked out everyday except for Tuesday. I have walked and done belly dancing and I keep fluctuating between 4 to 5 pounds. UGH! I am watching what I eat. I need to clean the eating up. I feel good and can see a difference in my abs and butt. So something is working.
Breakfast
Cherrios Dry 120 cal
2 cups of coffee 60 cal
Boiled egg 80 Cal
Snack
Cheese 110 cal
Lunch
1 slice of yucky school pizza
1 sm salad
1/2 of an orande
1/4 cup cottage cheese
I am sooooooo freak'n mad. We are suppose to go to dinner tonight at 6:00. They up'd the tiem and we are suppose to meet at 4:45. Thats when I work out. I am pissed.
