Salad
Grilled Chicken
Cottage chesse
5 grapes
Snack
1/4 of nut bar
Dinner
Omellet made of egg beaters, mushrooms, motz. cheese.
Worked Out - 30 min hard cardio on eliptical. I was sweating!
